As of the day this is posted, CellBIM supports file exports from Revit in .rvt format from Revit versions 2012 to 2021.
Revit 2022 will be soon supported, please check our News & Announcements for news on the matter.
Please make sure that you do not have 32-bit Excel. If that is so, functionality is limited generally and one of the points you will be missing is importing Revit exports. You need 64-bit Excel to enjoy the full CellBIM experience.
