Updating to new version release

I'm trying to update from 10.0.0.14 to the new release.
Downloading the latest update for CellBim I got the following error. (see attached screenshot)
Clicking on the log file in the error window shows the following-

Could it be the naming of the file? The current version is 10.0.0.14 and the new one is 1.0.0.15
Part of the error is saying "Cannot install a product when a newer version is installed" should the new file be 10.0.0.15 ??
